Its a great Thursday!

Hello!! Its been almost a week since I blogged last! Sorry about that, once I get done dog sitting and I'm at home I'll be better at this! Oh I can't wait to sleep in my own bed again!!! That won't happen til Sunday night I'm looking forward to it!!!

I was on myspace and on one of my friend's site and usually I don't listen to any music on myspace but I had minimized the page and this song started to play! It is awesome! I know many of times God always brings this verse to mind "Be still and know that I am God" Ps. 46:10 and He reminds me about that a lot! Psalm 40:1-3 also goes hand in hand together. As I am being still I need to have patience and wait on the Lord and in His perfect timing.

Its Friday!!!

Today I thought I would try something new. I love to blog but haven't recently done much of it and what I blog about I don't mind sharing it with others so I thought I would give this a try plus it is convenient for me as well 2 clicks and I'm here! lol

Last night when I got home I didn't have much to do so I sat down and watched some TV and I have a DVR as well, I do love it but it also makes me addicted to the TV before I realized it, it was already 8:30 and I haven't done anything or even at dinner yet. I get way to consumed with things! I need to learn to manage my time a lot better than what I have been doing. Especially since in this coming spring semester I am going to attempt to go full-time at school, which for any of you who have done it and worked full-time as well is hard. So I'm not sure how its all going to work out but I know with God's help I can achieve it! I have figured if I go to school full-time for the next 3 semesters then I will be finished with my degree! Lord willing that will all work out!

Last night too I found out that a friend of mine didn't receive the position he was hoping to get at his church. All night long I struggled with this and even still today I wonder why. Why God? But then I'm reminded that He has something bigger and better in mind for him. Romans 8:28 one of my favorite verse reminds me of that. God's plans are always better!!!!

And speaking of plans, I have a ton of stuff going on in the next few months! The end of this month I am heading to North Carolina to see my step-sister Holly, we are going to relax and head to the beach! I'm excited to see her!!!!! October will be busy as well, hopefully I will be heading down south to see my friends in Ironton, Ohio! Going to visit DeeJay and the gang! So that will be great! And November is the big month! I'm heading to Hawaii with my sister and mom! So exciting!!!!!!!

So in preparation for Hawaii I want to loose more weight my goal is to loose 25lbs before the trip and currently I have lost 3! Whohooo! I'm excited!!! I can't wait to reach my goal!! Yes!

Tonight I'm heading over to Davina & Matt's house to dog sit for them while they are on vacation! Lucky dogs! LOL I'm going to be there for a whole week! Poor Penny though she is going to Grandma's house for the week but she live, she likes being there just doesn't like to be separated from me for that long! So hopefully I can bring her over and she can hang out with us for awhile. I have a test on Monday, I pray it goes well!
